Clarifying POST Form Conflicts
When a Probari nurse is performing their admission review process, one of the areas of focus is the identification of any advance directive or code status order discrepancies. One of the recurrent findings by our nurses during this review process is finding POST forms that do not make sense: such as conflicting medical orders for CPR and comfort care.
